In the enactment of laws for this purpose, the best interests of the child shall be the paramount consideration.”   

We here at Dalgarno Institute have a long history of working to ensure young people, families and the vulnerable in our community are given best opportunity to be healthy, safe and productive. Alcohol and other drug use are one of the single biggest contributors to denial of all these rights. Dalgarno Institute’s proactive and protective programs, projects and activities focus predominantly on giving our community best-practice options of harm minimisation, being demand reduction, education and minimising harm by maximizing prevention.
